Integrated Management System (IMS)
The PI Group aims to apply the same high quality, safety, and environmental protection standards at every location in the world. The Integrated Management System (IMS) reflects this commitment. PI combines all quality management, environmental management as well as occupational and health management methods and strategies into a uniform organizational structure.
PI commits itself to comply with the specifications of the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Compliance with the requirements is documented, checked, and monitored in the IMS. By utilizing synergies, the IMS helps to efficiently and continuously improve the processes, products and services of the PI Group.
The quality management (QM) at PI takes care of quality assurance internally, carries out audits, and checks process reliability. QM also takes care of special quality requirements from customers.

Implementation of the RoHS Guideline at PI
The EU Directive for restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, better known as "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" (RoHS) was transposed into German law by the Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte-Stoff-Verordnung (Ordinance on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
